New York's hip hop police arrested Meek Mill and it was caught on camera

Rapper Meek Mill was arrested three days ago by the hip hop police in New York City. He was allegedly arrested "for riding an illegal motorcyle and popping wheelies on a dirt bike"
The day the Police arrested him, he was riding around in a Rolls Royce in Washington Heights. According to the cops, he was spotted a day earlier riding around in a dirt bike.

The hip hop police is a specific NYPD unit which was born after the 1997 death of the Notorious B.I.G.
